YARTZY (Yarriz Lemmers - October 21st, 1991) is a young artist based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. He aims to stimulate your imagination in any way possible. Inspired by the likes of Jean Michel Basquiat, Daniel Arsham, and Banksy he aspires to integrate modern abstract art with urban culture. With roots from Suriname, Portugal, India, and China his works are as diverse, versatile, and culturally rich. He intends to create art that allows observers to become aware of their surroundings while allowing the freedom for imagination to run wild.
